Milky Haven India Private Limited ensures that all orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days from the date of purchase. The delivery period will be calculated only after the order is shipped, with a minimum delivery time of 2 days and a maximum of 15 days from the shipping date. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location.

 

If the product is not delivered within 15 days after shipping, Milky Haven takes full responsibility and will provide a refund of the amount paid by the customer. This refund policy is only applicable for online transactions. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the company will not bear any cost for such delivery failures.
